Movie Overview

The Matrix Resurrections is an American science fiction/action film released in 2021. It is the fourth installment in the Matrix series.

Biological Unit

Trinity (a character from the previous Matrix films) is initially seen inside a large red and black metal pod. While inside this pod, she is being used as a living battery to power the very machines that had taken over the world hundreds of years prior.

Later in the film, Trinity is released from the machine's control.
